Scaling Human Expertise with Specialised AI and Software.
We use AI as a tool, not as a replacement.
We invest our own expertise and time, and are paid from the upside we create. We are partners, not suppliers.
We turn specialist businesses into market leaders by scaling human expertise with AI.

01
Why does it make sense?
If AI is applied well, it can multiply what you do, multiply reach, revenue and profit.
But applying AI is hard. Processes need to be co-designed to the tech possibilities and vice versa. Instead of imposing a tech solution that does not fit, we work alongside subject matter experts to apply AI how they deem to be right.

02
Why do other models fail?
Software you buy is built for a market, not for you. A vendor you hire is paid to finish a project, not to make you a market leader. Building it alone means finding expertise you can't easily hire.

03
Who do we partner with?
We work with a small number of companies each year. We choose them for character as much as opportunity: owner-operators who are obsessed with their craft, who make decisions on a five-year horizon, who are honest, and who have deep domain expertise we can build alongside.

How do we get paid?
We invest our own expertise and time, and are paid from the upside we help create through revenue share or equity.
We have built AI and products at massive scale, used by more than a billion people.
We combine innovation and execution – we are curious by nature, practical by default.
